April 11, 2020: The Estate Planner LLC’s Updated COVID-19 Office Procedures
During this difficult time, we want you to know we are here for you. We continue to serve our clients with their estate planning and elder law needs. We are working from home, but are still able to provide the excellent service our clients expect. We can work seamlessly from any location and can hold client meetings by video conference or phone call.
Additionally, the recent executive order issued by Missouri Governor Parson now allows for documents to be notarized and witnessed by video conferencing through May 15th. You can find that executive order here: https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/MOGOV/2020/04/06/file_attachments/1420523/EO%2020-08%20Notary.pdf
Now more than ever, it is important to have an estate or elder law plan, including powers of attorney, in place. We can help you check this off the “to do” list and provide some peace of mind during these anxious times.
You can contact us at 314-303-3218 or by email to [email protected] to schedule an initial consultation.
